These terms govern your use of Tribute (tribute.offineeds.com), operated by Touchstone Enterprises Private Limited. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into contracts on behalf of yourself or your organisation.

Kits, Pricing & Orders

• Kit prices, shipping charges, and GST are shown at checkout and are final once payment is captured.
• We produce kits to order. Cancellations are accepted before design approval; after approval, orders are non-refundable.
• Estimated production and shipping timelines are indicative, not guaranteed.

Brandstore Usage

You may operate a Tribute-powered brandstore for your customers/students. You are responsible for the content you publish, the accuracy of product descriptions, and compliance with local laws.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload (logos, designs). You grant us a license to print, reproduce, and ship items bearing your content for the purpose of fulfilling your orders.

Prohibited Use

• Infringing third-party intellectual property.
• Uploading offensive, illegal, or deceptive content.
• Attempting to breach platform security or integrity.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you have paid to Tribute in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
